Stylist are very nice...exceptional service!
The lesson here is, make sure when you go that there are more than one stylists available and that, although it was during their normal business hours, make sure they are actually open for business!!!
The issue I had was that the one haircut that I needed, ended up costing me 3 times what I would normally pay since it was such a mess and the cost didn't include the tips that I paid twice!!! In addition, although it was right before a holiday, it was an actual, normal business day, during their normal business hours and there was no one there, other than the one stylist and the owner, whom I don't believe knew how to cut hair!
The stylist was busy with a customer when I arrived, however she did make time for my haircut once she finished the customer she was servicing.
All of the employees are very professional and curtious I have had my hair, and my sons hair cut there and our hair always looks amazing! They provide great salon services butt for me I keep coming back because salon 110 reminds me Of the way the salons, and Barber Shops used to be! You Come in for a great hair cut, etc butt that chair somehow becomes the chair at your counselors office and the beautician or Barber becomes the counselor and your able to have a good conversation, and get things off your chest and walk out feeling much better than before you walked in, coming from a long line of family members who were Beauty operators, and cosmetologists this is the way it should be when you go to the salon or Barber Shop I would wrather go to place like this (salon 110) than a salon that is filled with snooty, uppity competitive employees, that are working for the same kind of people that are also superficial, there for making the customers feel uncomfortable... salon 110's old approach with the current modern day services is why I choose salon 110 and I've never felt uncomfortable there
This young lady was just about the sweetest thing ever!!!
The problem that I had was that she was right out of school and had absolutely NO supervision!!! I was in desperate need of a haircut so I allowed her to go ahead and cut my hair... it's just hair, right??? I figured if it didn't turn out well, it would grow, right???
I'm fairly new to the area, but I do believe that this salon has been here for quite a while. I would like to think that as large as it is that there are several good, if not great stylists there!?
Needless to say I have not been back and would have rated this salon less than a 1 star, but as I mentioned initially, the young stylist that did make herself available to me was just as sweet as she could be!!! Plus, I do believe she did the very best she could do without the needed supervision!!!
Heather did a great job taking care of me. The salon is neat, clean and organized. Keep up the great work!!
First and foremost I'd like to say that this was the first time I'd visited this business. It was right before a holiday and I went during their normal, posted hours. I did choose to walk in, in lieu of making an appointment...there was one stylist there, other than the owner.

Well...it didn't turn out well, AT ALL!!! I actually had to have it cut again, once I reached my out of town destination, by a reputable stylist!
