Wow, what a wonderful staff and dedicated store manager! I first stopped by the AT&T store in Hillsboro last Friday after I cracked my phone. Joel worked diligently jand patiently to get my replacement phone ordered utilizing my insurance. He gave me all pricing information I needed and told me to bring the new phone in when it arrived and they would get my information transferred and get everything set up. By Monday the new phone was in so my husband and I headed to AT&T to get our new phones set up. The store manager, Geovanni, began working to get our new phones up and running around 7:00. We had some unusual circumstances with our phones, and he pursued the task until it was completed at almost 10:00. He was so knowledgeable and thorough. I felt badly about he and his employee, Craig, staying so long after closing, but they never complained. Over the course of the 3 hours, we had some wonderful conversations. Thank you, Geovanni, and staff for being so dedicated, professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. The Hillsboro AT&T store is definitely one of the best AT& T stores I have been in during my approximately 30 years as an AT&T customer.
