I placed an order for a “fruit basket deluxe” as advertised online. I received a chili packet, some cracker seasoning and spinach dip powder. I reported this to Natalie requesting a refund for wrong order delivering. She was so rude. Told me “honey you got more than you paid for. We don’t sell fruit. If you want a refund you better stop complaining.” I can’t believe the owner would respond like this. Totally disrespectful.

The plant received was not what I ordered online. It had one plain cheap plant, basket and ribbon. Picture online showed a 3 in 1 plant in a pretty basket with ribbon. I won't order here again.
