Owner delivered my furniture (Couch, Loveseat, 2 sets of Matresses) with a flatbed trailer in the rain. Had no one to help unload it but his wife and we were simply not strong enough to turn so that it would fit through the door. I kept saying that he needed to come back with help because I could see we were going to damage it. He said he could not find any help so we ended up backing out and pushing over the porch area. I inspected it and found multiple scratched areas along with two tears. Of course I told him I was not satisfied with it being brand new and it being damaged. He told me it was not his fault and that is why he doesn't like doing deliveries. I told him he should not say that he delivers when asked and I would have bought else where. He said that if the company would send him the material he would come back and fix it. I had planned on getting a new bedroom set from there but I will never shop with him again. So much for supporting a local small business...Poor Custumer Satisfaction! I was told that it was all name brands but he had no paperwork on any of the products when he made the delivery so I am waiting for that as well. If I find out that he lied about the brands I will take him to court because it was not cheap.
