Decent place. The TV/cable didn't work correctly, and the breakfast was pretty thin, but the room/bed was comfortable. The night desk person was very friendly.
Small town, clean rooms,clean pool,1 1/2 hours to Dallas, good staff, big breakfast.
Easily my favorite motel. Not only is the staff amazing but the motel was the filming location for Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket. A great place to stay in a beautiful location.
This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. The rooms were so gross. The carpet is nasty and looked like a crime scene. The beds were broke and blood stains on the side of the mattress. There was mold all over the shower curtain and tub. The front desk lady was so drugged out and could barely function. She wouldn't wake up at first and then was falling asleep standing at the counter while making our keys and then gave us a room with people already in it. She had one shoe on and couldn't find the other one and was dirty and looked like she hadn't showered in a while. I felt nasty and felt like I needed to shower even though I had just showered. Will never stay there again and will warn everyone.
I went to Days Inn to pick up clothes leftover from hurricane victims dtay there. The owner and employees were very nice and accommodating. Hillsboro, Tx.I-35
