The employees greet you immediately and are able to help you find what you need. The selection is pretty good especially for a small town but the prices are a little high. I would always rather support a small business but $12.00 for pens and $4 just to drop off a ups package (not shipping fees, just a drop off fee) seems high even for a mom and pop shop
