Then, Teri is amazing..she's everywhere..doing her magic with her sweetness..all behind the scenes:) CONS: More front desk help is definitely needed !...sometimes the clients have a long wait...getting checked in..or out....phones ringing constantly..
We made an appointment for our daughters dog on July 3 as recommended by a friend. Procedures were done without permission first and no prices were discussed which were extremely overpriced.
We love Dr. Arnold! They have friendly staff & directions for care are explained well.
Extreamly good with pets and all staff are very knowledgeable and helpfully. They literally saved the life of a small min_pin dog I have that is diabetic at least 3 times in the last year. The only thing I can say negative is the cost is very expensive to treat a pet that has the issues mine has had.
Great Veterinarian! We have been to so many over the years in Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Alverado, and Dr. Young was able to give us better treatment options for treating one of our fur babies that needed surgery. He definitely knows his stuff. I highly recommend his animal hospital for your pet, I don't just say that unless I truly believe it especially when it comes to my greatest loves! Office staff was friendly as well.
