The experience at Bossier Chrysler Doge, has been a great experience. From the very first contact via telephone, the online sales person Matthew was very friendly and was able to provide exactly what we needed. When we arrived at the dealership, we were able to look at the vehicles we were interested in without any pressure. As we entered the dealership to discuss with a salesperson, Avery, about driving a vehicle, they were very helpful. We were able to drive a few vehicles to get a feel of what we really wanted. He was very patient with us in making our decision. We were able to go home and think about our decision and returned the next day to speak with Avery about purchasing a vehicle. This entire experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone coming to visit Avery!
Answer: Being purposely treated poorly by the general manager. This man voided an agreement covering all major repairs over the next 2 years at any Jeep dealership. I'm left with a promise to cover any repairs arising from their incompetence... with them being the ones to evaluate if it was their doing AND their service department handling my Jeep again.
An over great experience at Bossier Dodge. Great job to Matthew, the internet salesman who contacted me quickly after I found the vehicle online and scheduled a test drive. He was very knowledgeable. Travis did a great job assisting me with the purchase. There were a few flaws with the car when I purchased it. Bossier Dodge fixed the check engine light and Micah did a great job working with the parts department to order the replacements parts for my Scat Pack.
The guys and gals over at Bossier Dodge were awesome to deal with. Travis , Micah and Mario worked with us to get us into a nice new Ram and out of our older Ranger. It was a pretty quick, in terms of auto buying, process. I would highly recommend Bossier Dodge Jeep Chrysler for all your vehicle needs. They have a great selection of trucks and jeeps! I really liked the laid back atmosphere and friendly personalities. They really do try to work with everyone's needs and make sure your happy.
This manager, Randy Pretzer, shouldn't be able to treat people like trash without repercussion. He made my husband and I feel like we were trying to profit off their misfortune to the tune of $2400. Please take that money and donate it to a local church. Maybe you can buy yourself some grace.
They charge outrageous prices for their repair work. But they do have a nice waiting room but I had to wait in it an hour and a half then they said it would only take an hour. But it is a great place to buy a new car.
