I can't thank the service department enough for fixing my van . I was returning home to Kansas from the gulf after a fishing trip. Sunday night I noticed something wrong with my van when I exited from Interstate 35. Monday I visited Cole Ford and told them about my van. They told me they would do the best they could and they did ! The job was not a small easy job. I was there for 6 hours and saw how they treated the other customers with respect and kindness. They also called me the next day to make sure everything was ok and that I made it home with no problems. I wish this dealership was in my area. I would definitely shop there. This is my first review I ever wrote. Thank you again!!
