About a month ago our 2 front tires popped. Pur vehicle got towed to Tom's where they replaced our 2 tires with nexen tires. I left the shop and noticed a vibration in the steering wheel when we hit 65mph. Didn't think much of it. Today I took my car in to get the tires rotated and to my dismay, the tires where not torqued correctly. Every bolt on my VW took 45 seconds with an impact tool to remove. Also found that the weights were duct taped on the center of the rim. I'm really disappointed at the work they have done to my car.
