A couple months ago I go in and noone says anything (I've rarely been greeted) and I fall in 2" of standing water!!! There was no warnings a little 'wet floor' sign a few feet away but wet is one thing this store was flooded!
Every time I'm in there they have insanely slow customer service at checkout. I've left more than once because I didn't have time to wait all day to get checked out.
