difference so called manager stated that is not the shoe price and I can only sell what it rings up for. When I mentioned they price states $20.99 and that is the price I want to pay I was told No I can not overide it I don't know who put this sticker on here. I said well get me a manager who can because this is the price marked and this is the price I want the shoe for there is a whole row of shoes with the same red sale stickers. The manager again states well I don't know who put it on there. The issue was not the $6 price difference it was the principal of the matter and the fact she was insinuating we change the sticker when there were a row of shows displayed with red sale stickers. So the manager goes and call the store manager Tina Chambers and insist the sticker was not there on yesterday. I don't know if the sticker was there yesterday or not but it was there today and anyone that knows customer service know the customer is always right own up to your mistake and sale the shoe for the price that is stated. So Famous Footwear you lost a $58 sales to a $6 issue and I was going to buy my son a pair of $60 shoes he was looking at but I do not spend my hard earned $$$$ at a location that lacks customer service and misjudes my character by making the assumption that I changed the price tag, she never stated that but she insinuated it by saying the tag was not there yesterday. Famous Footwear has lost a customer for life by the lack of customer service their so called managers have. Please teach your mangers and store managers CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES OR BREAKS A COMPANY and keeps the bottom line in the black. I Will gladly spend my $$$ elsewhere
